This Vegan Chocolate Cake is always a favorite of mine to bake, and I love to experiment with different toppings.
This cake is topped with shredded coconut, cinnamon, and star anise for decoration. I also tried making frosting with sugar, coconut oil, and a little vanilla extract.
…I’ll have to experiment some more. This was definitely one of those times when something looks better than it tastes.
