Fall Forest

Happiness can be so difficult to find, and so easy at the same time.  We can get so frustrated searching for it, without realizing we already have it.

For myself, no matter how many times I forget, happiness isn’t shopping, it isn’t fitting in, and it isn’t shutting people out, either.  For me, happiness is feeling grateful for all I have, gazing at the sky, sitting on the floor with an interesting book, creating, and sharing life with others.

When things start to feel dull and race by, and it feels like happiness has once again vanished, let’s slow down.  Let’s breathe, be present, and experience all we have to be grateful for while we have it.

Much Peace and Keep Roamin’
