Gratitude is much more comfortable when we’re experiencing it at our highest and most fortunate, but sometimes we need to get knocked down for a lesson and an improved perspective.
What are we grateful for and how do we better care for it?
We’re grateful for our friends, so let’s spend more time having fun with and encouraging them.
We’re grateful for our job, so let’s continue to give it our best.
We’re thankful for our general health, so maybe we shouldn’t eat so much junk food that we get sick for a week. (Cookies, I’m looking at you!)
Let’s start the year with gratitude. Let’s remember what all we have to be thankful for, and remember to take better care of it this year.
