Eating healthier food has definitely been of interest this past year, though it wasn’t until recently that mushrooms made their way into the house.
They’re definitely interesting to look at, but the taste may take some getting used to. The biggest draw is that they can be cooked quickly and frozen for later. When you don’t always eat as much as you should, your freezer becomes your best friend!
