I found myself at North Cheyenne Cañon Park a few weeks ago, and although the visit was brief, it’s clear to see that this is a stunning park. Near the entrance were a few bridges crossing the stream, which looked particularly lovely among the trees as the sun started to set.
Although I like parts of this photo, it’s another great reminder to better pay attention to what shows up in the frame at the time of shooting. Too preoccupied with this serene bridge and the interesting perspective, I didn’t notice that the cars in the opposite parking lot made it into the shot.
With so much beauty around just the entrance of this park, both natural and manmade, further exploration as a day trip is definitely warranted.
Let’s keep practicing our craft, and remember to not let the beauty before our camera blind us to those aspects we would rather hide. Like cars, dumpsters, or our friend Tom who snuck in the shot.
Much Peace and Keep Roamin’
