Dead Blue

When we find ourselves stumbling into a dark hole, it’s important to remember the positive.

Easier said than done, of course, as when you’re in the bottom of a hole, it’s hard to see much light.  Instead we’re in a pretty dark place, where it’s hard to see and even remember all the good we currently enjoy and all we have to look forward to.

If we can’t find ourselves able to remember the positive, we should try remembering that it will pass.  Everything is always in a cycle.  Dark before the dawn; rain before the rainbow, you know!

Happiness is a journey.  It’s a path we choose to walk, and can get rocky sometimes.  Whenever we find ourselves falling off the trail and into a hole, let’s pull ourselves up in time and continue on our way.

Much Peace and Keep Roamin’
