Golden Glow

Although sticking with ‘brand’ on instagram, I’m trying to get back and explore where I started, nature photography and frequent trips into the woods.

Let’s explore where we came from, get ourselves outside, and enjoy our beginnings and our present.

Forest Trail

When nature is a great love, make a point to get out and enjoy it!

Take the time to get out on hikes, explore trails, climb mountains, breathe fresh air, really enjoy it!

Even if we don’t have time to make it to the mountains every week, let’s commit to getting outside and enjoying whatever nature we can.

Magical Bridge | Fairytale Landscape

Become a Fine Art Patron to see the Before and After!

This beautiful landscape was photographed last Summer at the end of a road trip in the Colorado Mountains.

With the moody clouds and warm glow of the hills, it definitely looked straight out of a fairy tale!

Sometimes it takes a road trip to remind us that sometimes the best views are at home.

Let’s keep traveling, near and far, but remember to appreciate the beauty in the everyday.

Fallen Tree | Self Care

A dark, green forest photographed in the Colorado mountains while hiking The Crags.

It’s always when we push ourselves too far that we realize how we’re not treating ourselves as well as we should.

Hindsight is truly 20/20.

Let’s be more in tune with ourselves and how we’re living, and pay more attention to the subtle clues that we need to take better care of our health.

To health and self-care, which we need to truly enjoy our explorations and adventures in life~

Forest Edge

Photographed along a lonely road in the Colorado mountains.

The beauty and magic of nature continues to surprise!

People often complain about ‘bad’ weather, but sometimes the overcast, rainy days are the most beautiful.

Let’s get out and enjoy nature’s beauty, no matter the weather!

Mountain Ranch | Self-Care

This ranch-style gate was photographed this Fall as we drove through the Colorado mountains.

Getting away can be incredibly healing and calming.

Take a train or car ride somewhere new, enjoy nature, and spend time out in the open air with no obligations or time restraints.

It’s amazing how long days seem when we’re out in the world with only nature and our thoughts for company.

Let’s get out to enjoy some quiet solitude and recharge, whether we take frequent hikes in local hills or long excursions through the mountains.

We’ll be much better for it!

Stay Bright | Summer Leaves

It’s not always easy to look on the bright side of things, but happiness isn’t always easy.

And yes, a positive outlook has a whole lot to do with how happy we feel.

Life is so much brighter when we choose to see the beauty, positivity, and possibilities around us.  We can’t always control our life circumstances, but we can always choose how we see and react to them.

When sadness, anxiety, or anger start to flair up, it’s helpful to take a step back, take a breath, and look for the positive.

Let’s practice seeing and looking for the beauty in the world, and spend more time on the bright side.

We’ll feel much better for it.

Much Peace and Keep Roamin’
