Kindness is never wasted, even if shown to those who may not notice or return it.

Let’s always be kind to others, but let’s also remember to be kind to ourselves.  Let’s give ourselves love and acceptance, so that we can better love and accept those we meet in life.

Much Love,

Roman.

“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.”  – Buddha

Kindness, compassion, and love are always an option.  And definitely one far better than clinging to anger and judgements.  Let’s always do our best to walk through this world with compassion, and shower each other with kindness at every opportunity.

A smile to a stranger can make such a difference; as can a word of kindness.  Love and kindness serves everyone; hatred serves no one.

Let’s keep compassion in our hearts, and let go of anger.  Let’s keep moving forward, and do our best to be better every day.

Much Peace and Keep Roamin’

Passing

Sky photography of clouds after sunset.

Today we’ve once again felt heartache and been reminded of how death can come in an instant, and how such immense tragedy can take us off-guard.

Tomorrow is never guaranteed, not even the next moment.  The only thing we’re promised is the present, so let’s live it wisely.  Let’s choose love, and to never pass up an opportunity to be kind to others.  Surround yourself with gratitude, and radiate compassion.

There’s no such thing as too much kindness in the world, so let’s give life all we have.

Much Love and Keep Roamin’

Everyone Has Struggles

Rusted Bolt

“Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” -Anonymous

It’s too easy to judge others, and too easy to forget that we’re not the only person struggling.

Everyone has their struggles, no matter how happy, successful, respected, or rich you judge someone to be.  We all have pains to live through, problems to solve, and obstacles to conquer.

Let’s act in kindness, offer a smile, and share happiness whenever and to whomever we can.  We all struggle sometimes, and an act of kindness can do so much.

Much Peace and Keep Roamin’
